We are seeking a highly skilled and process-oriented Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to design, implement, and manage an enterprise-wide Quality Management System tailored for procurement service operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 6–10 years of experience in quality management, internal audit, or operations in procurement or BPO/shared services context
- Proven experience in implementing and managing ISO 9001 QMS
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SOC control requirements and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in procurement or supply chain domain
- Familiarity with tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, or ServiceNow
- Exposure to automation, workflow tools, or process mining software
