RTX Corporation is seeking an Associate Director, Identity Enablement Leader to build and lead a new organization from the ground up, streamlining and consumerizing how Business Units engage with Identity solutions. The successful candidate will develop, grow, and oversee BU-aligned teams, establish the strategy, operating model, processes, and KPIs, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure solutions delivered are cohesive, secure, scalable, and aligned with RTX Identity service patterns.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 12 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 10 years experience.
  • 10+ years progressive experience in Identity & Access Management, enterprise technology, product management, business analysis, or customer success/enablement leadership.
  • 5+ years experience leading teams in customer-facing, consultative, or delivery orchestration roles.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
