Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Workday Business Partner to lead the People Services team towards a more customer-centric approach to people-related transactions and processes. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Reporting, and will be responsible for guiding the team towards a more customer-centric approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7-10+ years of proven experience in Workday HCM implementations, development, testing, configuration, and deployment
- Effective leadership skills to enhance teamwork and promote collaboration
- Ability to influence, communicate, and build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Expertise in evaluating existing process flows within Workday, mapping against available functionality, and developing new process flows or implementing new functional capabilities to enhance service delivery and customer-centricity
