Associate Endpoint Administrator, Endpoint Operations

Carvana is revolutionizing the car buying experience and is seeking an Associate Endpoint Administrator to provide exceptional customer service and technical support. This is a 100% on-site position with potential for visa sponsorship eligibility (with limitations). The role focuses on handling escalated service desk issues, IT equipment, and assisting new employees with hardware and software deployment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the technical support field
• Ability to read technical knowledge articles
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent time management & prioritization skills
• Valid Windows, MacOS, and ChromeOS OS experience
• Experience with G Suites, Okta, ServiceNow, Jira, and Workspace One
• Experience troubleshooting AV equipment (HD TVs, Projectors)
• Experience with mobile devices (iOS, Android)
• Legal background check required
