Associate I, Master Data Management (Mandarin Speaker)

Alcon is seeking an Associate I, Master Data Management, to serve as the first point of contact for associates and managers globally, providing guidance on HR topics and escalating complex issues.

Requirements

• Good understanding of HR operations, preferably in an HR Shared Services function.
• Experience in using HR systems and ticketing tool, for example: SAP, Workday and ServiceNow
• Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload
