Associate Network Engineer - SD-WAN (Infra Services)

The Associate Network Engineer is responsible for supporting the deployment and operations of network infrastructure, assisting with installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network systems, and ensuring network activities are documented appropriately.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Proficient in coding and software development concepts, experience with Ansible or ServiceNow would be an advantage
• Possesses network certificates such as “CCNA” or equivalent network operations or implementation experience, experience with SD-WAN will be an advantage
• Hands-on experience software development or implementing infrastructure as a code
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
• Demonstrates effective communication skills to facilitate teamwork between cross-functional teams and the company’s partners
• Possesses strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues and problems impacting project timeline
• Result and customer-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
