The National Library Board (NLB) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT Service Desk and Technical Support team. The role will involve managing incident, problem, change, and service request management, planning the delivery of ICT services, and ensuring compliance to IT-QMS and security standards.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure services
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework, particularly in Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
- Experience with industry ITSM (IT Service Management) tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, BMC Helix, etc
