Narra is seeking an Associate Principal Engineer for ITSM/ITAM, focusing on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions for asset management, including ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days in office.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customize HAM Pro functionalities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing or support.

Requirements Summary
