Associate Principal Engineer - ServiceNow Lead Developer

We are a Digital Product Engineering company looking for an Associate Principal Engineer - ServiceNow Lead Developer to lead the end-to-end configuration and setup of ServiceNow instances and develop and implement Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and Service Request Management modules.

Requirements

• Expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SecOps, and Service Portal
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, API connectors)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, AngularJS, and other ServiceNow development tools
• Experience with workflow automation, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, and catalog items
• Knowledge of data migration techniques and best practices
• Understanding of security and compliance frameworks, including application vulnerability remediation
• Strong experience in performing code reviews and enforcing best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues

Benefits

• Gross Salary Range (including bonuses): $155K to $175K yearly
