Associate Principal Engineer, ServiceNow (CMDB & Discovery)

We're Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company. We're looking for an Associate Principal Engineer, ServiceNow (CMDB & Discovery) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, cloud platforms, and scripting languages, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Total Experience 10+ years
• Extensive working experience in ServiceNow, with hands-on expertise in Discovery, CMDB, ITOM, CSDM, and Service Mapping.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their tagging and API structures.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing cloud tagging strategies for asset and cost management.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Python for automation and integrations.
• Experience in CMDB data analysis, transformation, and clean-up initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM best practices and processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Enterprise Architecture, ITSM, Cloud, and Operations teams.
• Experience in mentoring technical teams and managing project delivery timelines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
