The End User Services Digital Experience Developer will be responsible for developing and enhancing platforms to support digital experience process and automation needs. This role will have development responsibility over an expanding toolset to deliver best-in-class end-user solution reporting to the Digital Employee Experience Lead.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations across multiple complex systems
- ServiceNow Certified Developer
- Understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office productivity Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) and presenting solutions to leadership
- Understanding of the SaaS (software as a service) business & technology model
- Demonstrated self-direction and attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment with short deadlines
- Strong organization and process improvement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with machine learning and natural language understanding a plus
