Requirements
- Total Experience 10+ years
- Extensive working experience in ServiceNow, with hands-on expertise in ITSM and SPM
- Strong experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their tagging and API structures
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing cloud tagging strategies for asset and cost management
- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Python for automation and integrations
- Experience in CMDB data analysis, transformation, and clean-up initiatives
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM best practices and processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Enterprise Architecture, ITSM, Cloud, and Operations teams
- Experience in mentoring technical teams and managing project delivery timelines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
