We are seeking an Associate ServiceNow Administrator to assist with day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, monitor system health, and support configuration of core ITSM & ITOM modules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or ServiceNow administration (internship or entry-level experience acceptable)
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and ITSM processes
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
