We're looking for an Associate ServiceNow Administrator to assist with day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user account management and basic troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or ServiceNow administration
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and ITSM processes
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification preferred
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality
