Associate ServiceNow Developer

Intact Technology is seeking a motivated Associate ServiceNow Developer to join their growing team. This role involves assisting in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and workflows, collaborating with senior developers, and staying up-to-date with new ServiceNow features. Requirements

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Support configuration, scripting, and customization of ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with senior developers to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices.
• Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features and functionality.
• Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other scripting languages.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Ability to work onsite in the Reston, VA office 2-3 days per week.
