Requirements

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Support configuration, scripting, and customization of ServiceNow modules.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
  • Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features and functionality.
  • Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other scripting languages.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Reston, VA office 2-3 days per week.
