The Associate Success Generalist will handle HR-related queries, requests, and issues, prioritize and track tickets, and ensure efficient HR service delivery and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably in a global environment.
- Proficient in Workday HCM and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Multiple regions HR compliance and data privacy regulations.
