Handle incoming HR-related queries, requests, and issues through ServiceNow, prioritize and close tickets, and provide HR service delivery and employee satisfaction. Manage and resolve HR service requests, execute employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, and operate within a global HR shared services model.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably in a global environment.
- Proven experience working in an HR Shared Services model.
- Proficient in Workday HCM and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Multiple regions HR compliance and data privacy regulations.
- Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies.
