Our IT Support team is seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to provide technical guidance and support to virtualisation platforms, systems administration, networking, monitoring, maintenance, and ticketing systems. The role involves working in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment with occasional remote troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of IT Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology
- Familiarity with Nutanix, VMware, or Hyper-V
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux
- Understanding of TCP/IP and firewalls
- Monitoring and maintenance of cloud systems (AWS and Azure)
- Service level maintenance and documentation
- Ticketing systems (ServiceNow and Jira)
- Troubleshooting skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Independent work and collaboration with teams
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
Requirements Summary
