ServiceNow is seeking an Associate Technical Accelerator Consultant to join their Impact team in Orlando. The role involves delivering technical accelerators to complex enterprise customers, preparing client-facing deliverables, and guiding process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven technical and business process experience in leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SAML/SSO and integrations
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Prepared to study for, obtain and maintain ServiceNow certifications
