Veradigm is seeking an Associate Technical Support Consultant to provide expert support to clients. The role involves troubleshooting, automation, updating configuration files, onboarding clients, and responding to issues via Jira and ServiceNow. The company focuses on delivering integrated clinical, financial, and connectivity solutions for enhanced healthcare collaboration.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic understanding of Windows Servers
  • Experience on interaction with international clients (US preferred)
  • Hands-on experience on application/product support
  • Good to have: Familiarity with the US healthcare industry and terminology
  • Automation platforms experience for RPA Operations Support (UiPath/ Automation Anywhere, etc.) is preferred
