Automation Developer

IC25 is building an HR automation team focusing on delivering impactful solutions. This role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, designing scalable automations, and mentoring junior colleagues. The team values technology and innovation in HR.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.
• Strong organizational and prioritisation skills.
• Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.
• Desirable: Exposure to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or other HR systems.
• Interest in AI-driven automation or conversational experiences.
• Knowledge of HR operations and processes.
