Automation Engineer

AHEAD is seeking a highly motivated Automation Engineer to join their Managed Services team. This role focuses on developing and implementing automated solutions, CI/CD processes, and security/compliance controls within a managed services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical background, analytical skills, and excellent collaboration skills, with experience with infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration technologies.

Requirements

• Partner with internal teams to identify automation opportunities
• Develop tools to automate the stand-up of Elastic Observability for customers
• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes
• Integrate with ServiceNow
• Work with security and compliance teams
