CALNET, Inc., a private tech consulting firm founded in 1989, is seeking a Junior IT Help Desk Operations Specialist with TS/SCI and Full Scope Polygraph to support the U.S. Intelligence Community at Ft Meade, MD. The role involves responding to IT requests, logging inquiries, and escalating issues to the appropriate IT team and higher authorities. CalNET is CMMI-Level III, ISO 9001, ISO 2000, and ISO 27001 certified.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience with IT Help Desk Operations
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in Ticket Management Systems (SupportIT or ServiceNow) is a plus
- Unix experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (or 5 years of relevant experience)
- Security+ certification required
- TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
