The Automation Product Owner will define, lead, and implement automation strategies across Global Business Services (GBS) functions, expanding from ServiceNow automation to multiple platforms and business processes.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive automation roadmap across GBS functions, aligning with business objectives and future technology trends.
- Expand automation capabilities beyond ServiceNow, integrating automation solutions across multiple platforms and business areas.
- Drive the adoption of generative AI, document intelligence, and conversational AI driven chatbots to enhance decision-making and user interactions.
- Work closely with business leaders, IT, and process owners to identify automation opportunities, establish governance models, and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
- Conduct product research, facilitate automation workshops, and evaluate emerging technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.
- Lead initiatives to connect systems across GBS environments, enabling seamless automation and reducing customization through Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) solutions.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of automation initiatives on service quality, efficiency, and cost savings.
- Ensure automation solutions align with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to data security and governance.
- Build and mentor an automation-focused team, fostering collaboration and driving innovation within GBS and IT teams.
- Partner with process owners to redesign workflows, reduce manual efforts, and improve operational efficiency across global functions.

Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or other advanced ServiceNow certifications preferred
