3CLogic is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Project Manager to oversee projects in the telephony and contact centre domain. The role involves planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction. Requirements

  • Review Signed SOW’s to understand the deliverables.
  • Establish effective communication channels with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Develop complete project plans, including goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
  • Define project scope, manage changes, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Monitor project expenditures, track costs, and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards while coordinating and working with the QA team.
  • Understanding of AI agents setup (JD, guardrails, abilities etc) and AI project lifecycle.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree/equivalent. 4-6 years of project management experience in telephony/contact centre. Strong communication, organizational, and business development skills
