Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4-5 years of system admin experience
- Proficient in Automic/UC4 or equivalent automation platforms
- Proficient in operating systems (Unix/Linux/Windows) and basic scripting (Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
- Programming skills in Java, PowerShell, Python, Perl, UC4 etc.
- Understanding of system logs, services, and environment variables
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts (especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
- Experience working with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Awareness of security best practices for system access, credential management, and audit logging
- Basic understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO)
- Ability to analyze and act on system alerts and logs
