Provide technical support as point of contact for IT for the site, including end-user desktop, laptops, office IT, and network and server support.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in IT support in a corporate enterprise environment
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
- Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies and their associated user management tools
