As a Benefits Analyst, you will manage the administration, analysis, and support of employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, and leave of absence, and wellness plans. The role is hybrid work if near the Cranberry Township, HQ location or remote work schedule in other locations in the US.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience supporting company benefit programs
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, UKG or other systems)
- Knowledge of employee benefits laws and requirements
- CEBS/PHR/SHRM-CP or other benefit related certification preferred
