APPLE is hiring a Benefits Analyst to process employee benefits and leave payments for employees in both the United States and Russia. This role involves policy review, compliance support, collaboration with external vendors, auditing, and payroll system configuration. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Law, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
- Ability to read, speak, and write in the Russian language.
- 1 year of experience in reviewing benefit/legal form requirements, engaging with benefit/legal management, auditing HR systems, processing in Amalgam, WorkDay, ServiceNow, and GV systems, and reporting Ad Hoc Benefits metrics.
