Benefits Analyst

Apple is hiring a Benefits Analyst in Austin, Texas to process employee benefits, legal forms, and government requests. The role involves policy review, compliance support, and collaboration with global benefit vendors and legal teams. 40 hours/week is required, including auditing and IT systems for benefits information. The position needs strong language skills in Russian to translate communications and perform payroll.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Analytics, or related field
• 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation
• Must be able to read, speak, and write in Russian
• 1 year of experience in reviewing benefit/legal form requirements, engaging with benefit management, auditing HR to payroll systems, and processing in Amalgam, WorkDay, ServiceNow, and GV systems
• Experience processing in Amalgam, WorkDay, ServiceNow, and GV systems
• Experience reporting Ad Hoc Benefits metrics
• Experience examining benefit and leave-related HR system transactions
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 6 months experience in each of the following skills
