Benefits HRIS Specialist responsible for entering Benefit Annualized Rates (BAR) updates, administering Canadian benefit enrollments, and providing support and service on the Workday HRIS system benefit module.
Requirements
- Two-year college degree in computer science or related technical field
- Minimum of three years technical support experience providing HRIS support
- Workday experience and some Workday learning courses or certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Adaptability to a changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and adherence to privacy guidelines
