Develop and deploy advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to enhance digital intelligence modules, operational performance, and decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science, AI development, or advanced analytics roles
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Familiarity with core tools: Splunk, ServiceNow, DMS, and Linux environments
- Experience with AI applications such as LLM (ollama, LangChain, Hugging Face), computer vision (OpenCV), and deep learning
- Solid understanding of ITSM, Service Management, and data governance principles
- Experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets
- Ability to present insights to senior management and influence strategic decisions
