Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join their ServiceNow platform support organization. The role involves hands-on ITIL implementation assistance, ensuring a smooth transition of ServiceNow changes and enhancements, and contributing to platform optimization and best practice adoption. This is a key component of Infrastructure and Operations within the company.
Requirements
- Hands on assistance with implementing ServiceNow configurations, integrations, workflows and testing.
- Work closely with our existing managed service provider to oversee pipeline of ServiceNow changes and enhancements.
- Performs Architecture design and technical reviews as required.
- Assist in implementing ServiceNow AI (Gen and Agentic) capabilities.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry best practices.
- Actively maintain working knowledge of new features in ServiceNow releases.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their business needs.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of ServiceNow documentation.
Requirements Summary
ITIL experience, ServiceNow administration skills, and strong communication/collaboration are essential. Proficiency in JS, SQL, XML/HTML/CSS and a valid ServiceNow certification is also required
