Sr IT Analyst, ServiceNow

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join their ServiceNow platform support organization. The role involves hands-on ITIL implementation assistance, ensuring a smooth transition of ServiceNow changes and enhancements, and contributing to platform optimization and best practice adoption. This is a key component of Infrastructure and Operations within the company.

Requirements

• Hands on assistance with implementing ServiceNow configurations, integrations, workflows and testing.
• Work closely with our existing managed service provider to oversee pipeline of ServiceNow changes and enhancements.
• Performs Architecture design and technical reviews as required.
• Assist in implementing ServiceNow AI (Gen and Agentic) capabilities.
• Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry best practices.
• Actively maintain working knowledge of new features in ServiceNow releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand their business needs.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of ServiceNow documentation.
