BI Development Support

Uni Systems is seeking a BI Development Support to join their UniQue team. The role involves reviewing and improving existing ServiceNow API-based ETL prototypes, troubleshooting issues, proposing improvements, and developing ETL components. The role focuses on data extraction, load handling, validation, and documentation.

Requirements

• Hold at least a High School Diploma
• 10 years of Data engineering implementation experience
• 5+ years using Oracle Databases and Oracle Data Integrator
• 2+ years with ServiceNow data model and processes
• Proficient in SQL queries and ETL
• Experience with normalized and denormalized data models
• Experience working with ITIL processes and service-management tooling
• Experience as a BI Consultant
• Experience in Agile development
