We are seeking a detail-oriented BI Support Analyst to manage the day-to-day operations and support of our enterprise data platform. The role focuses on ensuring reliable pipelines, report refreshes, strong SLA adherence, access governance, and safe production releases.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-5 years experience in BI support or analytics engineering support in SLA-driven environments.
- Strong expertise in Power BI (report building, data modeling, DAX, RLS, gateways, usage/capacity monitoring).
- Proficiency in SQL (diagnostics, tuning, complex queries, large datasets).
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
- Cloud certifications or Power BI/SQL/Databricks/Azure certifications preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English with cultural awareness for stakeholder engagement.
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
