• Strong track record in IT procurement, budgeting, license compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Solid understanding of information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST 800, SOC 2) and control implementation.
• Proficient in desktop support (Windows/Mac) and use of ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and effective in cross-functional environments.
