We are looking for a Billing System Analyst-II to ensure the effective operation of software in internal and customer-facing environments. The role involves system monitoring, runtime availability, and effectiveness, including automation and real-time monitoring.
Requirements
- Basic technical expertise on telco, billing, and ITSM tool (Jira or ServiceNow or Remedy)
- Sound communication skills, flexibility, and basic troubleshooting skill in Unix/SQL
- Experience of monitoring via tools, scripts (shell/Perl), and email alerts
- Ability to perform first-cut basic analysis via predefined SOPs
- Experience working with ITSM Tool, Unix/Linux Basic, database (Oracle, MySQL)
- Experience with good communication skills and customer connection
- Experience with basic knowledge on Linux platforms in common scripting languages (Perl, Python, Groovy, Ruby, bash)
- Proficient in English in a business environment
