Implement and administer BMC Helix Operation Management platform, including components and integrations. Collaborate with support teams and stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues. Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands on experience in Implementing / Administering and configuring BHOM
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Extensive expertise in Implementation\\High Level and Low-Level Design Documentation of BHOM
- Install and configure the BMC Helix Operation Management platform, including components and integrations
- Experience in integrating with AD / SSO and configuring Role based access control
- Implementation knowledge on Dynamic Service Modelling
- Experience with BHOM Intelligent Integrations in ingesting metrics, events, and topology data from multiple sources (Dynatrace, Datadog, Solarwinds, AppDynanics, vRops)
- Experience in configuring event correlation strategies between multiple 3rd party tools (AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Splunk etc)
- Extensive knowledge on Service-centric monitoring (Monitor infrastructure from end to end, including views of business service)
- Experience in developing and applying event deduplication and suppression techniques
- Experience in integrating with ticketing tool (ServiceNow, BMC Helix ITSM etc)
- Creating Policies, understanding of Patrol Agents and how they work, understanding of MRL rules
- Experience in consolidating ingestion of log from multiple sources into one centralized platform
- Knowledge on BMC Helix Intelligent Automation
- Experience with API integrations
- Experience in Developing dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into key metrics
- Collaborate with other support teams and stakeholders and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
- Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions for client teams
- Experience with Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, and database concepts
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and solution templates
