Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS, with a proven track record of over-achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a large and complex region.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving.
- Highly effective leader with exceptional executive presence and communication skills, and a robust network of C-Suite connections across Brazil enterprise market.
- Strategic, analytical, and innovative thinker, with the ability to create and execute a compelling multi-country sales vision and go-to-market strategy.
