This BTI is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to support the HUD OIG in Washington DC. The role involves providing expert ServiceNow administration, configuration, and maintenance to support the OIG's operations. The administrator will be the subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform and collaborate with internal teams to optimize and secure the environment.

Requirements

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential is required.
• Proven experience in IT systems analysis, design, and integration, including both COTS and development software.
• Strong understanding of structured analysis and design methodologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to assess cost, risk, and performance factors in IT projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in federal or government IT environments preferred.
