Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related subject area with 3+ years of relevant experience
• More than 5 years of working experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas
• Business Analysis certification, e.g. CBAP, or PMP
• Past development or consulting experience
• Experience with servicenow
