Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst (ideally 3–5 years), especially in IT or service management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and agile delivery models, and knowledge of how to write crisp, structured user stories.
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships across diverse business and technical teams.
