Business Analyst - L4

Wipro is looking for a Business Analyst - L4 to work with one of the largest clients based in Sydney/Melbourne. The role involves delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that empower businesses and communities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.)
• At least 2+ years in a lead or senior support role
• Proven experience with CATS in a support including configuration, issue resolution, and integration with HR and CO
• Knowledge on FS-CD, RE-FX, and Reinsurance modules as needed
• Strong understanding of finance operations in the insurance industry
• Experience working in an Application Support & Maintenance (AMS) environment
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow or Remedy
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
