Aya Healthcare is seeking an Enterprise Productivity Engineer to join their growing team. The role involves improving and operating their Microsoft 365 environment, strengthening security and compliance, and automating workflows to enhance productivity. Requirements
- Operate Microsoft 365 E5 (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Assist with DLP, ATP, and governance policy improvements in Purview and Defender.
- Run and contribute to PowerShell automations for provisioning, reporting, and monitoring.
- Create/update ServiceNow tickets, investigate issues using KBs and logs, and escalate to support.
- Capture troubleshooting steps and update KB articles.
- Collaborate with other IT teams on project execution.

Requirements Summary
