Business Analyst

Knauf Information Services GmbH is seeking a Business Analyst to support resource and financial management initiatives for the team. This role will involve translating strategic business requirements into execution, forecasting financial costs, budgeting, and advising Project Managers and IT colleagues on resource allocation. The position aims to improve resource and financial management processes and implement best practices, contributing to the growth of the Knauf Group and its globally expanding services.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in resource management within IT organizations
• Experience in financial management, including forecasting and budget processes in an IT organization
• Solid balance of a ‘can-do’ attitude and passion for driving change
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially in ITBM module
• Experience using Excel for resource and financial management
• Experience with standards and resource/finance management areas
