Requirements

• US Citizenship
• Active Top Secret clearance
• Solid background in business operations and executive-level office administration
• Demonstrated expertise in onboarding, offboarding, and training processes
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven experience as a federal contractor
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, Cloud Environments, and ServiceNow platform usage
• Knowledgeable in management and compliance tracking
• Must be able to work on-site (5 days/week) in Washington, DC
