Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in resource management within various IT organizations
• Experience in financial management, including forecasting and budget processes
• Excellent communication skills with IT colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors
• Solid balance of a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for driving change
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Excel
• Ability to document, design, and implement standards
