Business Analyst

TechWolf is seeking a Business Analyst to drive the integration of their most strategic partner platforms, like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow. This role focuses on defining integration behaviors, testing APIs, and supporting engineering with detailed specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of API documentation and enjoy working closely with engineers in agile development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, functional analyst, technical product analyst, or systems analyst
• Strong understanding of API documentation and testing endpoints
• Comfort working alongside engineering teams in agile delivery cycles
• Clear, concise communication style for complex systems
• Familiarity with AI/data products and their interaction with structured systems
• Based in Belgium and excited to work with the TechWolf team in Ghent (minimum 3 days/week)
