Requirements

• Law degree and license to practice law in the US
• 7+ years’ relevant experience in commercial contracting
• Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local government procurement processes
• Strong understanding of U.S., Canada and E.U. data security laws
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
