Business Analyst/Architect (Certified ServiceNow Architect) - Operate

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Architect with a strong background in ServiceNow architecture to join our team on a 1-year fixed term. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze business requirements, design robust ServiceNow solutions, and lead end-to-end implementations for a leading North American Bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Possess ServiceNow Certified Architect credentials, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and best practices.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
• 6+ years of experience designing ServiceNow solutions and system integrations
• Excellent communication abilities and strong documentation skills
